I get quite a few asks asking me what i eat. So i thought it would be a good idea to make a list for everyone to access :)
Meat - Chicken, Turkey, Bacon, Roast beef, Fish and tinned tuna.
Eggs.
Vegetarian products - Quorn mince, Quorn chicken, Quorn beef strips.
Vegetables - Baby corn, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Mushrooms, Lettuce, Cucumber, Leeks etc.
Fruit - Grapefruit, Lemons, Rhubarb, Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Redcurrants.
Cheese - All varietys.
Nuts - Dry roasted or unsalted.
Dairy - Double cream, Natural Greek yoghurt, Onken apple and mango yoghurt.
