Yesterday was a good day, full of low carb food . hooray . TODAY .. weelll it was fathers day sowe went out for dinner with my boyfriends family & i ate a normal meal like everyone else for once and i enjoyed it, not exactly what i had planned but oh well whats one tiny blip in the road ?! when i have days like this i think .. ive lost 30+lbs so far .. 2 steps forwards one step back is so much better than no steps forward :)
Will try and have a low carb week and make those scales be nice to mee :P

ive got to know now when im genuinely hungry! when i genuinely want sugary/carby foods & most importantly when to have a little low carb snack to pick me up before i go into super duper binge cake eating mood :D
UH OHH :) My bathroom scales battery has gone, my dad does the shopping and he will definitely forget to buy a new battery ! i think with the scales being out of action then il do well ! il be more aware that i cant weigh myself so that il be careful of what i eat ! Every cloud has a silver lining <3

Sooo monday i had a really good day .. my carbs must of been below 20g ! and i ate very little really. Yet because i had such a good day on Monday yesterday it all went down the drain ! i woke up hungry and i hate waking up hungry because as soon as i got out of bed i had some dark chocolate and it all went downhill from there ! So today i tried to make up for it and ive had a fairly good day .. very low carb :) i went to the cinema tonight and have just got home and i am HUNGRYY ! Soo im cooking a bit of chicken (marinated in green pesto & garlic) which i was gonna have for lunch tmro .
I just think that if i go to bed hungry i wake up hungry and i ruin the whole day before its even begun !
Afterall im not watching my calorie intake i control my carb intake ! and my piece of chicken will not take me over my 30g of carbs so i am going to enjoy & not feel guilty .

I love Jennifer Hudson. She is my favourite motivater when i feel like i cant do this anymore . pictures like this make me think she did it everyone else seems to do it so now its my turn !! AND I WILL GET THERE !
This is my favourite . i sometimes get people say this and im like “nahhh not really ” as i lose more & more weight then il take the compliments but for now i like losing weight in private and not drawing extra attention and pressure to myself :)
Sooo to make up for yesterday . today is going to be filled with grilled chicken and salad leaves :)
Ever get to mid evening and think.. if i go into the kitchen i may eat everything in sight ! especially chocolate !!
I get that allll the time .. so in preparation for it i cut up a bar of aero in to 2 chunks together and wrap them up individually.
I find that when i keep my carbs really low ( around 15/20g a day) i crave chocolate, sooo when hunger strikes i have 2 squares of aero ( less than 5 carbs ) and after that i drink a bottle of water and im fine :)
I always think i wish i could of not had anything but i know if i didnt have those 2 bits of chocolate id eat everything possible & feel awful afterwards . Surely its much better to control my cravings :)
Ive neglected Tumblr for a few days as life has been hectic & low carbing has gone out the window .. people do not realise HOW frustrating it is to low carb on the go ! So the scales still hate me and were on 210lbs this morning, and as ive said before by August the 1st i want them to say 200lbs or LESS i cant wait to get out of the 200’s ive been here for TOOOOO long !
Today i came back to uni and will be here until the 30th of July because i have a work placement, so ive designated this month to really concentrating on low carbing and getting back into it properly ! and as im here alone i will do my own shopping and wont be tempted by any snacks by cupboards at home contain :P I also have no scales here .. soo going home at the end of the month will be excititng to find out if i managed it !!
While im here my days will be .. up at 6, leave the house at 7 to drive 40 miles to work.. work 8:30am - 4:30pm .. drive home … home at 6pm ish… relax/shower/catch up on uni work … then bed around 10.
so as you can see il be at work for the majority of the day .. i think i will be on my feet for a large proportion of the day … so that will be my exercise. and as for meals .. il have breakfast before i leave .. at like 6:45 .. thenlunch whatever time im allocated & evening meal at 7pm ish . I will also have access to a gym which i would like to use but if im to tired when i get in i wont go in the evenings but i may get there at the weekend.. we will see.
Im really determined to make the most of this month alone as i beleive it could really benefit me .. expect to see lots of quotes, pictures, text & general updates of how im getting on lowcarbing & at placement !
This is so true .. since January ive spent 90% of my days low carbing .. id say thats fairly long term rather than a fad . once im happy with myself and my body i will slowly re introduce carbohydrates back into my diet so that i can live a balanced diet & enjoy a variety of food .
