Ive been wanting to try this for ages .. so i bought some large flat mushrooms..spread the underneath with green pesto added some pine nuts and covered with cheese and baked for 20 minutes. they were beautiful ! DEFINITELY doing them again :D

Long day !
I got up at 6am and got back home at 7pm, I had to go to tesco and go get petrol on the way home - such a chore ! I also managed to do 5 minutes on the stepper, its better than nothing :D
Had strawberrys and yoghurt for dessert and it was beeeeaautiful & now it is time for bed .

… As I was wandering round tesco I saw this . Apple & mango light yoghrt, I love yoghurt and have missed not eating it as much as I used to . This one has 6.6g of carbohydrates per 100g, so I can’t eat a whole pot like I used too .. But I can have a spoonful with some fruit once a day until its all gone :)

I’ve never been a fan of grapefruit but I bought one in teasco :) I had it with some of the yoghurt I got and it was surprisingly nice :)

EEEEK ! Yesterday at placement someone had made cupcakes and brought them into the department ! When ever people mention surprise treats like this it makes my stomach go funny .. i think its dread at potentially eating something not low carb . BUTT.. when she got them out at lunch they smelt amazing and looked amazing I had the willpower to say NO !! i never used to be able to say no to people when it came to food! i reaaly feel as if im moving forwaard !

As im a student im pretty poor , so tend to buy the cheap versions of everything . BUT when i was in tesco last they had some mini baby sized organic carrots on offer . i got them thinking they will be perfect for my lunchbox . The other night i cooked a couple to go with dinner & they were SO nice . They actually had a beautiful flavour ! so from now on if i see organic vegetables on offer i will treat myself :)

So today, the girl I live with brought up an amazing cheesecake from home ! I would of felt really bad to say nah I don’t want. And it was amazing . Ahaa my first real carby treat for like 19 days !
