Ever get to mid evening and think.. if i go into the kitchen i may eat everything in sight ! especially chocolate !!
I get that allll the time .. so in preparation for it i cut up a bar of aero in to 2 chunks together and wrap them up individually.
I find that when i keep my carbs really low ( around 15/20g a day) i crave chocolate, sooo when hunger strikes i have 2 squares of aero ( less than 5 carbs ) and after that i drink a bottle of water and im fine :)
I always think i wish i could of not had anything but i know if i didnt have those 2 bits of chocolate id eat everything possible & feel awful afterwards . Surely its much better to control my cravings :)
I said to my sister that id make her brownies for when she got back off holiday. So im going to make them tomorrow morning. Im nervous because as I’ve said before baking is where i usually slip up and have a bit of mixture, icing, decorations etc etc.
So in a way it will be good to see if i can motivate myself not to eat anything while making them :)

Today has been a productive day … Been to the gym, done some uni work and now having a hotchocolate break.
Mine looks like this … just not as neat AND its only 3g of carbs. Which is not bad for a treat food :D
Every evening about this time i have a fun size packet of milky stars :D i genuinely do believe that having a little bit of chocolate everyday stops me from craving it !
I have eaten sooo much nice food today! BUT its my birthday weekend so it doesnt count ! il just work doubly hard at the gym next week!
I tell myself this when ever i really feel like eating lots and lots of chocolate and ice cream :)
